Preliminary AC estimates

The online AC estimate is provided for preliminary planning only. It is not a final proposal, guaranteed price, engineering calculation, or substitute for an onsite evaluation. Property records may be incomplete or inaccurate. Final sizing, equipment selection, and installation pricing must be confirmed after evaluating the home, ductwork, electrical system, equipment location, permit requirements, and installation conditions.

A larger system is not always better. Oversized equipment may short cycle, waste energy, create uneven temperatures, reduce humidity control, and shorten equipment life.

Published repair pricing

Published amounts and ranges are general planning information. The final scope may change after diagnosis, equipment identification, accessibility review, code requirements, parts availability, and confirmation of the conditions onsite. AR AIR should confirm the work and price before authorized repairs begin.

Emergency service

The emergency phone line is available 24 hours. Onsite response time is not guaranteed and depends on technician availability, location, travel conditions, current demand, equipment type, and safe access. For fire, gas odor, suspected carbon monoxide, or an immediate threat to life or property, contact the appropriate emergency service or utility first.

AR AIR Plus

Membership benefits apply to enrolled and eligible equipment under the current plan terms. Coverage limits, diagnostic-fee treatment, scheduling priority, tune-up timing, discounts, exclusions, cancellation, and commercial unit eligibility should be confirmed when joining. Membership is not insurance and does not guarantee that every repair, part, or emergency visit is included.
