What we collect

When you call, text, email, submit a form, or use the online AC replacement estimate, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about your home and equipment that you choose to provide.

How we use it

  • To respond to service requests and prepare estimates.
  • To schedule and perform work you ask for.
  • To contact you about your estimate or service, using the contact method you prefer.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
  • We do not contact you by phone, text, or email for marketing without your consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
  • We do not store payment credentials on this website.

Online estimate data

Estimate answers are processed in your browser until you choose to submit your contact details. Submitted service requests and estimates are validated by AR AIR's secure server-side function and delivered through a transactional email provider so AR AIR can respond and send your confirmation.

The estimate uses your browser's saved-address autofill when available and manual entry for the home's approximate heated and cooled living area. AR AIR does not send estimate addresses to a paid property-data provider.

Website analytics

AR AIR uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic and interactions such as page views, calls, texts, estimate activity, and service-request outcomes. Analytics may process device, browser, general location, referral, and usage information using cookies or similar technologies. AR AIR does not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses, or form contents to Google Analytics.

You can limit analytics through your browser's privacy, cookie, and tracking controls. Google's handling of analytics data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Service providers and retention

Hosting and transactional email providers process only the information needed to operate those features. AR AIR keeps submitted information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested service, keep required business records, or resolve a dispute.
