24-hour emergency line

Urgent heating, cooling, or refrigeration help.

Call when a system failure threatens comfort, safety, equipment, inventory, or business operations. AR AIR will confirm coverage and the earliest available response for your location.

When to use the emergency line.

Use the emergency line for urgent no-cool or no-heat conditions, commercial refrigeration temperature problems, unusual electrical or burning odors from HVAC equipment, active water leakage, or equipment that appears unsafe to operate.

What AR AIR will ask

  • The service address and best callback number
  • Whether the issue affects a home or business
  • The equipment type and what changed
  • Whether the system is running, leaking, frozen, or producing an unusual odor
  • Whether inventory, occupants, or property may be at risk

Safety first

If you smell gas, see smoke or fire, suspect carbon monoxide, or believe anyone is in immediate danger, leave the area and contact the appropriate utility or emergency service before calling AR AIR. Do not continue operating equipment that appears unsafe.

Response expectations

The phone line is available 24 hours. Onsite timing depends on technician availability, travel distance, equipment type, weather demand, and safe access. AR AIR will explain the next available option before dispatch.
